Consumer Consultations

These consultations are only available in Japanese, but you can consult with the "Gifu City Consumer　Information Center" and the "Gifu Prefectural Citizens' Life Consultation Center" about contractual problems related to consumer affairs.
We help resolve problems between consumers and businesses.
We can also provide advice on being in debt to multiple entities and cooling off.
Free of charge. Please feel free to use our services.

Cooling off
Cooling off is a system that allows you to unconditionally cancel certain types of transactions if you do so within a certain time period, such as if you made a purchase with a salesperson that visited your home, etc.
