There are staff at schools that provide Japanese instruction and support to students with foreign roots that have enrolled in elementary schools/junior high schools within the city and do not understand Japanese well enough as well as have concerns about school life.

Languages staff can use: Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese
