The following are the location, times, and different types of certificates that can be issued.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to reduce or waive issuance fees.

Types of certificates that can be issued

Family registers, residence certificates, etc.

Full family register	Contains the complete information for everyone listed on a family register
Partial family register	Contains the information for a portion of those listed on a family register
Outdated family registers (full/partial)	Contains those listed on a copy of a full/partial family register before it was revised due to amended laws, orders, etc.
Supplementary family register copy	Contains all addresses of a family register starting from when it was created
Removed supplementary family register copy	Contains all address changes until the family register was removed
Outdated supplementary family register copy	Contains all address changes until the family register became outdated
Personal seal registeration certificate	Verifies a registered personal seal
Removed family registers (full/partial)	Contains everyone or just a portion of those listed on family registers that a person was previously on
Residence certificate copy	Contains all or some of the names of those registered on a residence certificate
List of persons removed from a residence certificate	Contains persons removed from a residence certificate (because they moved out, passed away, etc.)
Certificate of information written on a residence certificate	Verifies the addresses, names, dates of birth, etc. of one portion of a resident register
Mibun shomeisho form	States whether a person is incompetent or quasi-competent to manage their own assets, if they have made any statements of bankrupcy, or if they have a legal guardian
Submitted notification certificate (copy of a submitted notification)	Verifies information contained on a notification submitted to Gifu City

Municipal taxes

Income certificate	This certificate shows the types and amounts of each kind of income that the applicant has received in a given tax year
Income and tax certificate	This certificate shows the types and amounts of each kind of income and exemptions that the applicant has received as well as their total income subject to taxes in a given tax year
Taxation certificate	Shows the amount of tax due for a given tax year
Dependency certificate	This certificate shows that the person listed on it is a dependent spouse or relative
Corporate registry certificate	Contains the name and address of a company used for reporting corporate municipal taxes

Tax payment verification certificates

Municipal and prefectural tax payment certificate	This certificate certifies all amounts still due or paid for these taxes in a given fiscal year
Property and city planning tax collection certificate	This certificate certifies all amounts still due or paid for these taxes in a given fiscal year
Corporate municipal tax collection form	This certificate certifies all amounts still due or paid for this tax in a given fiscal year
Business office tax collection certificate	This certificate certifies all amounts still due or paid for this tax in a given fiscal year
Light automobile tax (type-based portion) payment certificate	This certificate certifies all amounts still due or paid for this tax in a given fiscal year
Completed tax payment certificate	This certificate proves that all municipal taxes have been fully paid for a given fiscal year

Light motor vehicle tax payment certificate (for use with vehicle inspections)												This certificate has your license plate number, the date that the tax was collected, and the expiration date of your latest vehicle inspection

Property and city planning taxes

Property valuation certificate	Contains the address, plot number, building number, land use category, building age, roof construction, floor area, and valuation of a property
Property valuation tax certificate	Contains the address, plot number, building number, land use category, building age, roof construction, floor area, valuation of a property, how much is paid in residence taxes, and the total amount paid for taxes
Property tax certificate	Contains the address, plot number, building number, land use category, building age, roof construction, floor area, and the total amount paid for taxes
Requirement to pay property tax certificate	Contains the address, plot number, building number, land use category, building age, roof construction, floor area, and the full name and address of the person required to pay its property tax
Property tax registry information certificate	Contains the address, plot number, building number, land use category, building age, roof construction, floor area, valuation of a property, and property tax amount
Non-ownership of property (land, building, depreciable assets) certificate	Certifies that a given individual does not own any property (land, buildings, depreciable assets) subject to taxation
Depreciable property certificate	Contains the owner's full name and address as well as type of each applicable asset and price they were acquired for

Convenience store issuance services

People who the following applies to can have a certificate issued at a convenience store

• Those with a residence certificate registered with Gifu City
• Those that have an Individual Number card (My Number card)
• Those with a password registered (4-digit)

Things to be aware of

• Family register certificates can only be issued to those that have a residence certificate registered with Gifu City and have their legal domicile located within it.
• Those who do not have a personal seal registered with Gifu City cannot receive a personal seal registration certificate.
• Those that did not have any income or submit any tax documents to Gifu City will not be able to receive any tax certificates.
• Fees cannot be decreased or waived
