Bank transfer (automatic payments)

This method will automatically deduct payments due from your savings account.

Benefits

  • You can make payments automatically without having to go anywhere during each payment period.
  • This method is convenient for those who find it difficult to visit their financial institution, those that are often not at home, and families where everyone is working and no one has time to go make payments.

WEB Bank Transfer Service

You can complete bank transfer procedures from your computer or smartphone. You can learn more about doing so on Gifu City's website.

Pay-Easy Bank Transfer Service

You can make a transfer (payment) by swiping your cash card and entering your password through the terminal machine at the Tax Payment Division.

You can make payments at any of the below locations once you receive a payment form.

A service window at any financial institution within Gifu City

You cannot make payments through any of the following locations/services if you have passed the handling date (取扱期限) or payment due date (納期限).

Convenience stores

Multimedia kiosks in super markets, drug stores, etc.

  • *Use a multimedia kiosk (atm) to make a payment
  • *You cannot use this specific method at financial institutions

PayB

You will need to register your bank account to PayB.
You can make payments by reading the barcode on your municipal tax payment form, etc. inside the PayB app using your smart phone's camera.

LINE Pay

Make sure to add some money to your Line Wallet before making any payments.
You can make payments by reading the barcode on your municipal tax payment form, etc. inside the LINE app using the camera on your smart phone.

PayPay

Make sure to add some money to your account before making any payments.
You can make payments by reading the barcode on your municipal tax payment form, etc. inside the PayPay app using your smartphone's camera.

au PAY

You can make payments by reading the barcode on your municipal tax payment form, etc. inside the au PAY app using your smartphone's camera.

Credit card/net banking

You cannot make water or sewage payments through this option.

You may have to fill out an application or contract to use this option.

How to make payments

  1. For the final step, confirm that the information that you entered is correct and click the 納付手続き実行 (make payment) option.
  2. Enter the necessary information for the payment option that you selected.
  3. Enter in your payment information (name and email address) and then select a payment method (credit card or net banking).
  4. Read the barcode with your smartphone's camera and confirm that the information matches what is written on your payment form.
  5. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click the "納付情報 読み取り開始" (begin reading payment information) option.
  6. Open Gifu City's payment webpage "岐阜市納付サイト".

You will need to pay the following fees when using Gifu City's payment webpage (岐阜市納付サイト).

Be aware of the following

  • You will not receive a receipt if you choose to pay using PayB, LINE Pay, PayPay, au Pay, a credit card, or net banking
  • You cannot cancel a payment after it has been made
  • You cannot pay using a credit card or net banking at Gifu City Hall service windows, financial institutions, convenience stores, etc.
  • Please complete payments by 11:30pm of their handling deadlines (取扱期限)
  • You can apply to receive a tax payment certificate two weeks after your payment is processed
